I have just returned to US after 4 months in Tanzania. I was in Dar Es Salaam City Centre, Sinza, Mikochini (sp??), and several surrounding districts. The people were very friendly and the food was fresh and very tasty. I am returning to Dar in Oct. 2010 so I am learning to cook recipes and learn more of the Swahili language very quickly as i plan to move to Dar on a permanent basis.
